These weekend long courses are designed with those new to Krav Maga in mind. The course itself covers the first 3 months of basic Krav Maga knowledge. By the end of the weekend you will be have an understanding of striking and it's various ranges, defending punches, kicks, grabs, chokes and knife threats and attacks.

You will also have covered other aspects of self defence such as dealing with multiple opponents and working within a realistic environment.

Due to the nature of the course a minimum of 10 people are required in order to run the course. Due to this a non-refundable deposit needs to be paid at least 1 month in advance of the course with the balance due on the day. In the event Krav Maga Birmingham cancel the course or move it to a date you are unable to attend, deposits will be repaid in full.
