INDUCTION WORKSHOP

As a beginner it is important that you understand the very basics of Krav Maga before you are put into weekly classes. Therefore you are required to attend a mandatory induction session.

You will be taught by one of the few professional, Israeli trained Instructors in the UK and, with the worlds most largest, most respected organisation, the IKMF.

These sessions are aimed at those who are new to Krav Maga – or to self-protection generally – and wish to give it a try.

This 1.5 hour induction takes you through the basics of Krav Maga and the terminology used throughout the training. We feel it is essential to do this whatever your experience or background, if you are new to Krav Maga. You will learn about Krav Maga and its aims and objectives in helping you to protect yourself in a variety of threatening and dangerous situations relevant to modern society.
